How is my monthly price calculated?
Your base subscription covers a fixed number of employees (e.g. CM50X covers 50). Every employee above that is charged at the tier's per-employee rate. If you cross a tier threshold, we automatically move you to the next tier — which lowers your per-extra rate.
Do I have to pay setup & hardware upfront?
The LKR 150,000 implementation fee covers your full onboarding and is paid once at the start. The CM-FSv2 fingerprint scanner is optional — if you don't need biometric attendance, you can skip it entirely.
Are there contracts or annual lock-ins?
No. Crewmate HR is billed monthly. Annual billing is available if you want to lock in a price — talk to us. We never trap customers in contracts.
What about VAT?
All prices on this page are exclusive of VAT. VAT/SVAT will be added per current Sri Lankan tax law on your invoice.
What if my team grows or shrinks mid-month?
Pro-rated. We adjust on the next invoice based on actual headcount changes. No surprises, no haggling — you only pay for who's actually on payroll.
I have 200+ employees. What's my price?
For teams beyond 150 employees we quote individually — usually with custom integrations, dedicated support, and volume pricing. WhatsApp us and we'll get you a quote within 24 hours.
How long does implementation actually take?
Most teams are fully live within 2–3 weeks. We migrate your existing employee data, configure payroll for your specific allowances/deductions, and train your HR team. Then we hand over.
